What’s your return policy?

Within 14 days you can return undamaged items for a full refund. This with exception of shipping costs and customization such as stickers and chosen RAL colors. 

If the deadline expires on a national holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Day, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

All returned items must be unaltered, undamaged and include the original packaging, including all parts the item came with. We only accept returns in the original and undamaged packaging.

Once received, we’ll inspect your returned products. If they are in good condition, we’ll initiate the appropriate refund. If the product shows clear signs of wear or damage, we retain the right to deduct an amount from the refund that reflects the reduction in value.

For refund please send us your address and bank details to which you want to receive the refund.

Postage as well as any other expenses in relation to returning such as secure packaging must be paid by you, the customer.

If a package is not picked up, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred by us from the purchase price before reimbursement.

Please, be aware that some carriers charge a fine if the package is not picked up from the pick-up point.

Upon return, you are responsible for wrapping the goods securely. You hold the risk of the goods as of delivery. You are responsible for the arrival of the package at our warehouse. We recommend using track and trace so that you may follow the shipment. 

Please note: The return parcel must be shipped with ‘door to door’ delivery. Return parcels delivered to parcel shops cannot be processed and will be returned to sender.

Some goods cannot – due to their size – be sent by regular mail and will instead have to be returned via a special carrier. This goes for the most products we offer.

How long does it take to process a return?

Under normal circumstances you will receive the refund within 10-14 working days after you have initiated the return process.

Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, we’d be happy to send you a replacement. Just send us an email within 72 hours of receiving the item to request an exchange. 

Please include your order number, your name, a brief note describing the damage or defect, and photos of the same.
